Meet Ben the Raindrop. He is an inspirational character for children ages 7 - 12 years of age. Ben the Raindrop's focus is to be inspirational to children by teaching them the important characteristics of perseverance and leadership.

District Sales Trainer Program
District Sales Training (DST) programs have the potential to add significant value to an organization. Workshops conducted by DSTs tend to get high ratings from peers, DSTs work in the field and learn the effectiveness of marketing strategies, fill gaps between the field and home office personnel and provide updates related to external and internal stakeholders. What is often missing from DST programs is the focus on DST development.

Manager/DST Roles
Both the DST and manager are accountable to this program. They must understand their roles and responsibilities to each other. The DST program is a commitment to the organization. Both DST and manager must understand their commitment and how they can support each other with the goals of skill elevation, leadership development, and bringing value to the organization.

Coaching the DST
Simply assigning a representative a DST role is not enough; this should be the point when coaching takes on a new approach with the use of a DST Coaching Form. In addition, the coaching time points must be structured and the accepted roles must be documented and aligned to the needs of the business.

Skills Development
The organization has a responsibility to provide ongoing development for the DST. They bring significant value to the organization therefore the organization must do their part to invest in their talent.
